The Twisted Focus of The Racist Hunters

Posted by: jimbob | Comments (0)

Mr. Zack Burgess of the Philadelphia Tribune is horrified that the world media did not go on a celebration frenzy when a Nigerian named Adebayo Ogunlesi recently purchased London’s Gatwick Airport for 1.455 billion pounds.  Mr. Burgess is in the process of doing a story on this purchase and recently put out a query on the Internet for people to interview.  He wants to interview historians and psychiatrists and educators.  It is Mr. Burgess’ twisted focus that is so typical of the American Liberal Media.  Mr. Burgess’ Internet solicitation made the following observation:

“We often are quick to hear and see images on television of African Americans in disparaging situations like jail, poverty, prostitution, etc.  But we hardly hear about the good of our African American tycoons, lawyers, doctors, etc. Now, the question is, why did the mainstream media keep this so very, very quiet? I was even more surprised that not even the BBC covered this story, or any of the other major news networks including CNN!”

Where is Mr. Burgess going with this little inquiry?  Well, he gets to the point by saying:

“I know this is rather controversial, but it’s a story that needs to be tackled.  Furthermore, is this the reason the president is under such fire…because we’re not used to seeing an African American with such power outside of entertainment. How do we change such a problem that has been talked about in the African American community for years, but hasn’t been talked about enough publicly?”

Now we get it!  Barack Obama is under fire because he is black – not because he is a Marxist/Socialist/ left wing radical who is systematically taking America apart.  For Mr. Burgess and the political left they can’t accept that Americans might be down on Mr. Obama for what he has done and is doing.  It has to be about race for them.

Mr. Burgess, you and your media friends are living under the greatest denial cloud that has ever been floated.

Dear Jim Bob,

I’m just about ready to stop watching the major TV News programs.  Jim Bob, I’m not dumb and I try to keep up with current events.  What I don’t understand is how the news media and the liberals can consistently get things so wrong.  They seem to be more interested in themselves than the truth.  I’m beginning to think they are all a bunch of Narcissists!

Disgusted in Denver

Dear Disgusted,

Maybe you are on to something.  I did a little research about Narcissism and discovered there is a medical condition called Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD).  It is evidently a clinical condition and is described as a condition in which there is an inflated sense of self-importance and an extreme preoccupation with one’s self.   I was shocked to discover the actual symptoms of the disorder.  Here are the main indicators:

A person with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD):

  1. Reacts to criticism with rage, shame, or humiliation: This certainly seems to describe President Obama’s and the Democrat’s reaction to public criticism of the Democrat Socialized Medicine Act of 2009.  Anyone who opposes them is now considered to be “Racist”.  Congressman Joe Wilson is the latest victim of this symptom.
  2. Takes advantage of other people to achieve his or her own goals: Wow, this is Nancy Pelosi in action isn’t it?  You could stuff the entire Global Warming Hoax into this category.
  3. Has feelings of self-importance: This one is so obvious it doesn’t require a comment.
  4. Exaggerates achievements and talents: This was the primary characteristic of the Democrat Presidential campaign in 2008!  Never has a man or his party who has done so little claimed so have accomplished so much!
  5. Is preoccupied with fantasies of success, power, beauty, intelligence, or ideal love: This may be the best description of the media and of Hollywood that can be found.  And, since most of those folks are liberals it would tend to identify the entire lot of them as “N’s” (I will hence forth abbreviate “Narcissist” by merely using the “N” word).
  6. Has unreasonable expectations of favorable treatment: I can remember when George W. Bush had to beg for primetime TV coverage to deliver an address to the American People.  The Obama Show has almost become a weekly event on network TV.
  7. Requires constant attention and admiration: What a combination we have with Democrats, The National Media and the entertainment industry.  It’s a big, unending pile of “N’s”.
  8. Disregards the feelings of others, lacks empathy: How else could you describe ignoring the presence of hundreds of thousands of people on the Washington DC Mall to protest big government and writing them off as “Right-wing Extremists”?  This happened on September 12, 2009.

Disgusted, I think you have stumbled on to the core problem of liberalism.

Dear Jim Bob,

I just heard an ad on the radio that Obama and the Democrat’s created. It said we are getting what we voted for. I don’t remember Obama saying anything about Nationalizing the banks, the car industry and the health industry during the election. What are they saying Jim Bob?

Carl Marxalot

Portland, Oregon

Dear Carl,

What’s going on right now with these Democrat Ads? Well, it’s like this Carl. When Obama and the Democrats were running in 2008, they were purposely trying to make people believe they are like the rest of us who work and pay taxes and care about our country. Of course, the truth is they are not like the rest of us, but they couldn’t admit it during the election. They would have lost.

The Obama domestic agenda has now unfolded in plain view of anyone who cares to recognize it and it’s pretty ugly. As people’s eyes are opening to Mr. Obama’s true character and intent, opposition is beginning to form and the last thing the Democrats want is an honest debate about anything they want to do. So, they are now running attack ads against YOU! After all, they say, YOU voted for change and we’re delivering it! Anyone who doesn’t like it is probably a radical- right -wing -nut -conspiracy –community -organizer. So, Carl, Americans are the problem, not the congress or the programs this bunch of hacks is trying to pass.

This health care thing is a perfect example of how dangerous they are. Let’s compare our healthcare system (now) to a person who has discovered they have a non-malignant polyp in their colon. The simple solution is a minor out-patient procedure that just snips the polyp away and the patient goes home to live a great life. What if that same person went in to their Doctor and was told that they would get rid of the polyp by removing the entire colon and routing it outside the body into a bag you would excrete into the rest of your life. In addition, they would also be amputating your left leg in the event it might be related to the polyp, although they can’t prove it. To make sure everything is done to fix your polyp problem they are also going to give you a heart and liver transplant at the same time.

Our current healthcare system has some problems. Like the polyp described above. What Obama is giving us with his “reform” is the heart and liver transplant, the leg amputation and the colon removal all in one nice package. And he doesn’t want us to discuss it. Just lay down and take it like a good American Carl. After all , you voted for change.

Obama’s Approval Rating

Posted by: jimbob | Comments (2)

Dear Jim Bob,

Based on what I see Obama doing with all the big spending and taking over much of the private sector of the economy, I wonder how he has such a high approval rating. How do you explain that Jim Bob?

Teresa Tempertantrum

Tin Star, Texas

Dear Teresa,

Great question! Approval ratings and polls are just a reflection of what people believe. What people believe is based on the information they have in their brain that forms the basis for what they believe. So, to understand why Obama has high approval is merely an exercise in examining what people believe and why they believe it. Unfortunately, the things people believe are not necessarily true.

There are three factors that are impacting what people believe about Mr. Obama:

1. The mainstream news media and the “spin” they put on what is happening in the world every day.

2. The fact that we now live in a sound bite society and most people are so focused on their own little slice of life that they are uninformed about the details of what is happening politically (For example, most don’t know about all of Mr. Obama’s Czar appointments and the significance of what he has really done to circumvent public inspection and oversight of his policies. Nor do they understand the basic facts about how economies function and what really stimulates growth and opportunity).

3. The fact that we now have a few generations of people, the majority of whom who are incapable of critical thinking. They are also incapable of a lot of other things (Like operating a cash register that doesn’t have pictures on the keys, or adding up a list of numbers without a calculator).

So, what we largely have is a society that can’t think, a society that suffers from Attention Deficit Disorder, and a biased media that ignores in depth, critical reporting about anything Obama. This means the information people get is badly tainted. They limit what they know to the sound bites from the mainstream media. How is it tainted? Mostly it’s tainted about who is responsible for the country’s economic situation and what it will really take to get it turned around.

Obama and the Democrats continue to blame George W. Bush for all things evil, and they have been doing it relentlessly for the past 8 years – totally cheered on and supported by the mainstream media. The primary message people are getting is that Obama is a victim of George W. Bush and he’s working so hard to overcome the handicap of following the evil Republicans. So, they believe whatever Obama is doing is good and they approve his actions. George Bush is happy and completely willing to be blamed (as he has done for the past 8 years) so there is no challenge from his camp.

At some point, this may change. When it becomes evident that Mr. Obama has systematically trashed our economy and it begins to erode media revenues, there might be some new information out there that will change what people believe. When someone you love is denied a life-saving operation by our new health care ‘Czars’ the reality of Obama may begin to sink in. However, don’t hold your breath waiting for it to happen. The true “misery index” (unemployment rate + inflation rate) of Mr. Obama has not yet run its course. When it does become evident, it may be too late.

How Do We Spot the BAD Teachers?

Posted by: jimbob | Comments (12)

Dear Jim Bob,

I want to axe you a question Jim Bob.  I voted for President Obama.  I had went down and sawn him speaking when he came though here on his campaign.  I was extatic when I heard him talk about change.  I absolutely was extatic, irregardless of some of his ideas.  Myself and my friend Synefrin was also extatic.  For all intents and purposes we both decided to vote for Obama right then!  Here my question Jim Bob.  I sawn where Obama say this week that the bad teachers need to be fired!  Myself is a teacher Jim Bob and as far as myself is concerned I’m not extatic about what he said.  What if myself gets fired?  I teach English and my pupals needs me.

I should have went to school yesterday but I was to upset to teach.

Jayden Smith

Dear Jayden,

I don’t think you have to worry about being fired.  You are obviously an intelligent person with good intentions, and that’s what really matters these days.  Don’t worry about results, just be sure your hearts in the right place.  You express yourself as well as many people I hear on TV.  You know that gives me an idea!  If you do get fired, you might consider getting a job as a TV news, street reporter.

By the way…thanks for sending in the picture of your latest tattoo.

Will Democrats Save Us From Cow Farts?

Posted by: jimbob | Comments (24)

Dear Jim Bob,

I’m worried about the cow farting problem Jim Bob?  I hear that cows are one of the biggest causes of global warming and don’t you think the government needs to do something about that – QUICK?

Fanny Flatulator

Frostproof, Florida

Dear Fanny,

I was wondering when this might come up.  All I can say is that the Democrats seem dedicated to go after everything else, so they might as well go after the cow farting problem.  I actually heard there is talk in Congress of instituting a “Cow Fart Tax”.  Dairy farmers and cattle raisers may have to pay a per head cow fart tax of about $125 per animal.  I hear that sheep, pigs and goats are not far behind.

Fanny, this is just another example of the goofy times we live in . Common sense has officially departed America and we are living in a suspended state of fiction, fable, fantasy and fraud – all being foisted upon us, as truth.  The problem is that most of what is thrown at us does not pass the smell test, if you get what I mean.

Cow farting is not high on my list of concerns, Fanny.  However, that does not mean our Democrat led government won’t go after it with both barrels blazing.  This is just the kind of tax those folks seem to love.

Step 1:  Create a crisis that can’t be proven.

Step 2:  Try to make people believe taxing stuff is a proper solution for anything.

Step 3:  Get the entertainment industry and the drive-by media behind it.

Step 4:  Stuff it down America’s throat before they know what hit them.

That is the Democrat way.

What Would Cher Say (WWCS)?

Posted by: jimbob | Comments (0)

Dear Jim Bob,

I’m scared to death Jim Bob.  All I hear from the media is doom and gloom.  I need to know what some people I can trust think.  Who is someone of great intelligence, character and wisdom that could help us see the truth in these troubled times?  Help, Jim Bob!

Timmy Trimble

Tyler, Texas

Dear Timmy,

Your question is so timely.  We are all looking for that one voice that can cut through the fog and be trusted.  Recently, I think that voice has emerged and needs to be amplified.  Who is the voice?  Well, it’s none other than Cher Bono!  Her profound wisdom and thought processes were recently exposed by CNSNews.com and we should all be humbled by her willingness to share her insights with regard to how things work and what is important.  Among other things, Cher said,

“President Barack Obama’s “intelligence” and “spirit” are “so great” he will be able to do “more than anyone could possibly do.”

“He (Obama) brings something more in his spirit than maybe another president could be even with the same intelligence.”

Such astute wisdom caused me to seek out other pearls of wisdom expressed by Cher in the past.  It is important to have a sense of a persons values so we can trust their opinions.  Here are just a few of Cher’s life priorities:

“I kill myself for my body.”

“To me marriage is for five or ten years.”

“Anyone who’s a great kisser I’m always interested in”.

Now, if that isn’t enough to give us confidence, this certainly will:

My Brain Must Be Broken

Posted by: jimbob | Comments (4)

Dear Jim Bob,

I’m getting worried about my brain Jim Bob.  I don’t think I’m seeing things the way they are really happening.  I say this because when I watch something on TV, like these political debates, I think I see one thing.  Then, when it’s over the news people convince me I did not see what I thought I saw.  This usually happens when I watch NBC, CNN, CBS and ABC.

How come I don’t see what I think I see Jim Bob?

Wally Woolford

Elwood, Nebraska

Dear Wally,

To understand this Wally you have to understand that the folks at those TV networks all drink from water coolers that come from the same supplier.  There is something in that water that influences the brains of the news people!  Since you don’t drink from that water cooler Wally you just don’t’ think like they do.

I’ve learned that the water cooler supplier for all these news networks is located in New York City.  I did a little research on this company and found out where they get their water and how they treat it before it gets bottled and sent out to customers.  It’s pretty interesting.  They get their water from several different wells and then it gets mixed all together when they bottle it.

One of the main water wells this company uses is in Boston, Massachusetts right underneath Harvard University.  A long time ago this well was pretty clean but has become tainted in the past 75 years or so.   Today, that water has a sour taste to it and most normal people can’t stand to drink it.  It doesn’t seem to bother people in Boston or New York because they really don’t have any pure water to compare it to.  They think that is the way water is supposed to taste and they have gotten used to it.

The problem with this water is that it creates side-effects in the people who drink it.  Most of the side-effects involve people’s attitudes and how they look at life.  Here are the most common side-effects:

George W. Bush hatred, Jesus Phobia, Obama worship, Suppression of positive news about America, Unnatural affection for high taxes, and Political Double-Standard Syndrome (PDSS)*.

So Wally you can see the entire problem is the water these folks drink.  They can’t help it.  By the way, the name of the water company is “The New York Times Water Supply Corporation.”

*PDSS:  Political Double-Standard Syndrome is a viral condition common to employees of major media outlets.  The condition is highly contagious and is characterized by extreme conditions of denial regarding objectivity, truth and news interpretation.  The only cure for PDSS is prolonged exposure to real working conditions experienced by average Americans who actually pay taxes.
